More patients. Lower cost per booking.
We run patient pipelines for clinics and practices across the UK: private clinics, osteopaths, podiatrists, ENT consultants and private GPs. We know the searches patients make, the healthcare ad policies that trip up advertisers, and the difference between an enquiry and a booked treatment.
01 Sound familiar?
The problems every practice owner tells us about.
"We spend on ads but can't connect it to the diary."
Until calls, forms and bookings are tracked to the campaign that produced them, ad spend is faith-based. We wire tracking first, so every pound is accountable to an appointment.
"Google keeps disapproving our ads."
Healthcare advertising has its own policy minefield: restricted terms, certification requirements, landing page rules. We run it daily across our healthcare client base. Your ads stay live.
"We get enquiries, just not for the treatments that matter."
A practice makes its margin on specific treatments, not on volume. We build campaigns at treatment level, weight budget to the work you actually want, and cut spend on the rest.

02 What we run
The playbook, itemised.
The same disciplined method on every account, shaped to your business on the audit. No two businesses are the same, so no two accounts run the same plan; this is the framework yours starts from.
- PB/01Intent-led search campaignsCore
Built around the searches your buyers actually make: the problem, the service, the comparison, the "near me".
- PB/02Message-matched landing pagesCore
The page continues the ad's promise, so clicks become enquiries rather than bounces.
- PB/03Conversion tracking to the poundCore
Calls, forms and sales recorded once each, against the campaign that produced them.
- PB/04Search-term and budget disciplineOngoing
Search terms read weekly, waste excluded, budget moved to what performs rather than what shouts.
- PB/05Local visibilityAdd-on
Google Business Profile and map-pack work wherever "near me" demand exists in your market.
- PB/06Daily checks by MagnusAlways on
Spend, conversions, pacing and disapprovals surfaced in hours by our in-house engine, reviewed by a senior.
03 How practice accounts are run
One clinic group's ledger · London · six years
invoiced across the group's two brands, one aesthetic and one medical, from a standing start in a single rented room.
Budget follows the treatments you want.
Tracking goes in first, because until calls, forms and bookings carry a campaign name, nothing else can be judged honestly. Then the account is structured by treatment, so budget can be weighted to the work with real margin rather than the work with the most searches.
After that it is monthly evidence: what the ads spent, what the diary received, what a booking cost by treatment, and what changes next. The figures beside this are one account's full history, with their source. Yours are judged the same way: your figures, from your account, in your report.

Fair questions
Is patient data safe in your tracking setup? +
Yes. We track marketing events (calls, form submissions, booking clicks), never clinical information. Setups follow UK GDPR guidance for healthcare marketing, and we are happy to walk your DPO or practice manager through exactly what is collected.
Google restricts healthcare ads. Can we even advertise? +
Almost certainly, yes. Most restrictions concern specific claims, prescription terms and certification requirements, not healthcare advertising as a whole. Navigating this is daily work for us across our healthcare client base.
We are a small practice. Is this worth it below a big budget? +
Practices are usually our best small-budget performers, because one new patient is often worth hundreds of pounds and patients search with high intent. From around £500 a month in ad spend the numbers typically work; the audit will tell you honestly if they will not.
How quickly will the diary feel it? +
Tracking and structure land inside two weeks. Most practices see enquiry flow move within four to eight weeks, and the compounding gains (better keywords, sharper pages, growing reviews) build over the following months.
Do you work with NHS or private, or both? +
Our work is overwhelmingly private and self-pay, where paid search directly drives revenue. If your goal is private patient growth, this is exactly the playbook.
